Returns and Exchanges
In the event that your item is not quite right and you need to make an exchange, we will gladly do that, as long as we have the product in stock, and any necessary exchange fees are paid. Please contact us to ensure that we have your newly desired item on-hand and available when your exchanged item arrives to us, as we stock limited quantities of each item we carry.
ALL eligible Returns to your method of payment will be honored within 10 calendar days of your receipt of the item and minus shipping fee charge at time of purchase. Anything that falls out of that 10 day window, was discounted (including by promo-code), or pre-ordered, is considered a final sale.
International orders (including Canada) are FINAL sales and returns or exchanges will not be accepted, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Custom orders, and personalized items will not be refunded unless the item damaged or defective.
Jewelry and Hats are non-returnable.
Items found in our sale collection will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or defective.
When making a qualified return, please ensure that your items have all the tags/labels in place. We cannot refund shipping fees, If free shipping was earned for your order and the return brings you below the free shipping minimum order amount your refund will be processed with $5.95 shipping subtracted.

All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within 48 hours. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return. Returns made without contacting us first with result in a $8 restocking fee in addition to the loss of the $5.95 shipping rate.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 3-5 business days (usually MUCH sooner), but are happy to expedite a package to if you have an urgent need or request. If you would like to make other shipment arrangements, please either email us at email@example.com or call (561) 247-2359 to place your order. There will likely be additional fees, but we will work to guarantee we have the most cost effective solution for your needs.

Please know that you will be responsible for any import fees that your country may assess upon arrival, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees. Please be aware of the fees for your specific destination, as we don't want you to be surprised at the fees when your package arrives! International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms.
International shipments are insured until they leave the US. Once it has left the United States, we cannot be held responsible any longer.
