WHO I AM
I have been a professional visual artist and designer for over 20 years. I lean towards vibrant colors and motifs that you'd find in traditional Mexican folk art but I enjoy challenges and making anything and everything I can with a variety of mediums. I also play guitar and just randomly started painted my guitars on a whim and now want to share that with others along the way.
MY PROCESS
~ Speak to the customer and figure out the design theme and motif
~ Sketch and color out a design
~ Get my hands on the guitar
~ Sand - Strip the face, body, and neck
~ Paint prep (primer)
~ Sketch out design on the primed piece
~ Paint
~ Seal with a variety of clear sealers
